We can complete immigration evaluations in English or Spanish at our Colorado Springs office and will provide you with a letter for the immigration appeal of your loved one, or a written report. However, out of respect for your time and financial resources, we require you to be working with a legal consultant to ensure that your legal situation is appropriate for this service. While we will work to communicate the circumstances of your situation in the letter or report, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the immigration hearing.

Require consent to speak with the professional conducting the CFI or PRE and require consent to speak with other party. Consent is also needed to allow the release of report directly to the PRE or CFI. Availability is limited, so parties should schedule as soon as possible. If the deadline for the report is too soon relative to the referral, we will need to decline the referral.
